Worth The Upgrade?

I am looking at what to get for Christmas on my limited budget. I have come up with this.
Athlon ii x3 450 ---> FX-6300 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009O7YORK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_3&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
4gb ram ---> 8 GB RAM http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J8E8YKC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_2&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
HD 7750 ---> 750 ti http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IDG3PRI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

This all comes out to around $230. I am wondering if this is really worth the upgrade. I am looking to play game towards 50-60 fps on medium, can even drop to low settings. I dont play on a 1080p monitor atm, and normally play my games windowed at 720p. Thoughts?

That upgrade will give you boost for sure. Maybe the next step could be a 1080p monitor?

It will definitley give you a great boost. You may want to shell an extra 100 for a better modern AMD graphics card. the 750 ti sucks

CPU - yes... Ram - yes... GPU - no...

10$ more - it destroys 750Ti in everything... 7750 is really not that far behind 750Ti.. If i am not mistaken, 7750 is around 750 non Ti...

EDIT:

If i am not mistaken, 7750 is around 750 non Ti...

Well, turns out i am wrong... 750Ti is about twice as powerful as 7750... Still, i argue, for 10$ more it's better to go for 370...

Birthday is in February, maybe!

We will see. Its just that it will be me mum buying it for me, so my budget is limited.

Alright thanks for the advice. Will consider this, since it is only a bit more.
