TL;DR : If you want to make a cheap Google Cloud Print Server using a Raspberry Pi and old printer, follow the instructions of this link: http://www.howtogeek.com/169566/how-to-turn-a-raspberry-pi-into-a-google-cloud-print-server/
So I was looking around at things to do with a Raspberry Pi and I found out that you could make it into a Google Cloud Print Server by connecting your Raspberry Pi to your printer. All you'll need is
A Raspberry Pi with Raspbian installed
Printers accessible to the Pi
A Google Account
It'll cost you around $3 a year (depending on where you live, it won't cost that much in general) to keep the Raspberry Pi on 24/7.
I'm also pretty sure you can connect your Android Phone/Tablet to the printer with Google's Cloud Print App (no guarantee's yet, but i'm fairly certain you can).

I hope some other people find this really useful. I plan to make this hopefully this month so I won't have to connect my printer to my laptop/desktop using a USB cable because it's really annoying.
