Wireless adapter not being detected

Hey Tek Syndicate! I bought a Dlink DWA 552 Wirelss PCI adapter and whenever I plug it into my PC it tells me to insert the hardware. So after I reinsert it the drivers will install and I can access the internet. Whenever I turn my PC off though the next time I start it the drivers disappear and I have to re install the drivers all over again (which also requires me to take off my side panel and reinsert the card). Is there anyway that I can get around this hassle? Oh and I'm using a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P as my motherboard.

Thanks for the help!

Have you disabled all kinds of anti virus/firewall software when you install the drivers?, along with running the install exe as an admin (also make sure you have the latest driver version for your OS)

Also try disabling any wired connections you have, this maybe interfering with the card.
