Windows wont boot

accidently i went on this website that i shouldnt have gone on. anyways i got scared, and turned on malware bytes. it didnt find anything so i decided to restart my computer and it seems like windows wont load up, it shows the loading circle that spins around but after waiting for 20 minutes nothing has changed. if it helps i have the asrock eufi and windows 10, i dont know anything about this crap, thanks for all the help you can give me

you're supposed to hold shift while choosing restart to boot to recovery console in windows 10, does anyone know another way if you can't boot to the logon screen to do that other than booting to USB media?, unless you make a win 10 USB drive on another system and boot to that, in the past if windows fails to boot a few times in a row you usually end up with it suggesting recovery options on startup.

You could not use windows and not worry about that crap

Boot with a Win10 usb stick or cd and try the recovery options. If that doesn't work try system restore.

If there isn't a system restore point before it breakign down the last thing to try is to open CMD and try rebuild bcd and boot.

If that doesn't work just put your disk in an external enclosure and get your files then format.

Hope this helps.
