Hello, I am having some troubles installing the updates. When I click install updates and restart and install updates and shutdown but when it comes back online Windows says it couldn't install the updates and reverts the changes and I don't why it happens.

I think it started when I was in a hurry to get to class and I was installing the updates and I turned off the computer while it was still installing the updates.

Side note; this only happens on my laptop.

Try just a few of them at a time. That can help especially if there is a large number of updates on queue. Sometimes one of them solves a problem that helps the failing update to be carried out correctly.

^^^ hes got it, but when you find the update(s) that will not install, this might mean that the updating file has become corrupted. Just a guess now, further troubleshooting is needed, keep us updated.
