Windows Ubuntu Installer Issues

So, earlier today I put an extra HDD into my rig, and used the Windows Ubuntu Installer to put Ubuntu on it. I've been getting an issue though.

When I've restarted my computer and selected Ubuntu, I've been presented with an error, Local Disk (F:) > Ubuntu > Winboot > wubildr.mbr Is what is meantioned in the error, saying that parts of it are missing or corrupt.

Halp.

Just boot the computer from the Ubuntu Installer Disc and select the correct HDD.

Have you shut off the computer from Windows without properly shutting down? That can screw it up
