Windows says failing HDD,WD fitness check says ok

I have 2 500 GB HDDs (WD Black WD5003AZEX) in my PC. Last night windows (Windows 7x64) popped up and said my C drive was going bad. I downloaded and ran the utility from the WD website and it says it's ok (had to create a bootable CD to do it).

I went to backup my C drive onto my D drive (storage) just in case, and windows gave me the yellow exclamation saying that the D drive wasn't healthy either. Both drives are old and have a lot of hours (the drive in question has 28,783 hours according to CrystalDiskInfo, which also gives a caution for C, same as Windows) as my PC stays on 24 hours a day, with a reboot when necessary. I live in Thailand, so I use µtorrent, and my torrents download and seed from my D drive, so it is in use all the time as well.

The 2 HDDs in question are still under warranty until this October. My question is, should I trust Windows, that gives me pop-ups every 3 hours warning me, or press the ignore button and trust the WD app that said it's o.k.? I just don't know which one to trust!  It's not cheap shipping these things around, but if windows is accurate, I can get one or both repaired/replaced. If WD is correct, then I'll pay 1/3rd the price of a new 1TB in shipping. It says on the WD website that if WD can find no faults with the drive, I have to pay for the shipping.

Thanks in advance for answers. In the next two months I'm building a new PC. This one works fine (except the HDD), but I'm going to put it in the living room for media center and there's no sense in letting the HDD's fail when they're still under warranty.
