Im wanting to use the 1usmus universal power plan,but windows keep changing it every time it wakes from sleep!It always changes it to windows’ own high performance plan.
Id really appreciate if someone could help me.

Try using one of Ryzen’s power profiles. The reasoning behind this has long been addressed . I suggest you make sure you have fully updated bios and all amd drivers as well.
