I am looking for a Windows VPS to host a game server, does anyone know of some reliable, not overly priced ones?

Cant comment on reliability, but Kimsufi have them in from time to time, especially if you watch their sales page like a hawk. This is only available in Europe though.
Which game, OP? Chances are there is a Linux game server for that game. Try and avoid Windows VPS.
