Windows 8 Theme Problems

Title says most of my troubles. I have an installed theme I would like to delete to revert back to the original one. (Theme altered taskbar, etc.) and regardless of what theme in my library I choose it wont change. I try to delete the resources but I get this error: http://gyazo.com/46b22d15b06a336f8c6f66776bd442f5

More than likley it is because the theme refuses to turn off. Can anybody help me get rid of this thing? It's a pain in the ass to say the least. Thanks.

try running the theme folder, if you can find it, as an admin. If you downloaded the theme, could be a virus so run your anti-virus and anti-malware programs, then try again. Try system restoring to a time before you started using the them. Lastly if all else fails, use the system refresh function in windows 8. Sadly if you refresh, you will have to reintall all the programs you had previously, but your docs and should be fine.
