Title is self explanatory. My PC in the middle of playing BF4 turned really laggy and was dipping into 15FPS and so I shook it off as a BF4 bug and restarted my PC and when I start it back up the ram usage is at 92% but no processes in the task manager are using that much ram. I have 8GB of Ram

Thanks in advance
1. are you sure your PC is recognizing the full 8 gigs of RAM?
2. are you playing the 64 bit version of the game?
3. Does this happen with any other games/applications?
Are you using the 32 bit version of windows?
You can get sysinternal suite (approved by microsoft) RAMMap should show you exactly what going on there.

I always op for malware hunting first when i have unexplained cpu and ram useage. May not be the problem but its a good place to start.
Bump
I recently had the same problem but only when I stream steam games from my main rig to my auxilary rig. Any ideas or has anyone had the same struggle? I have 16gb
It's encoding/decoding the stream.
Even after steam is shut down and processes terminated?
