Windows 7 not genuine?

So I just traded my PS3 and TV today for a gaming PC (BF3 eyegasms) and it tells me that it's not genuine. It won't keep backgrounds etc. I don't mind buying it, looking at missionsofts.com they have it for $59.99 (Dell?) is this legit? Or is there a way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Awesome doing it now. Thanks. One last thing, if I reinstall windows and wipe hard drive will windows 7 still work but have to remove update?
