Windows 7 Not booting up after putting in new MB and Cpu

Well yesterday i popped in my new parts with excitment to experience some new performance. Sadly that did not happen. I'll go ahead and describe what I have done already and what not.

So I start it up with my Windows 7 Installation disk that I have and get to the point where It says there is an error and I attempt to do Windows Startup Repair. Fails and just reboots my computer. So thats not going to work. I then put Windows 7 to be the booting (not sure if i was right to do that I adjusted this in the UEFI) i then got it to go into safemode and was finally at the Install Now screen. For one I did not get a Agree to License page and then I get this drivers error specifically being ("No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, an then click OK")

I then heard around the amazing world of the interwebs that I should try putting windows onto a usb. In my case I used a External HDD. So I then "Copy Image" my Windows 7 installation disk transferring it to my External HDD so here I was so excited that it might work. But no. Just my luck the download stops at 60-67% I have done the test multiple times times 100 (not really but multiple times were done).

So then this led me to think oh well my Windows 7 installation disk is messed up possibly. Great.

I also have tried to Re-partition my hard drive in my computer but I dont even get the option to do so nor is my HDD even there to click on. But in my BIOS/UEFI It detects my main hard drive as a boot option so which makes me think oh then my hard drive is not messed up.

I have done many things to try to solve this. I even got desperate and calle MS super crappy Customer Service never again. Please dont make me call them again.

So please for the love of that is good of the world of the interwebs an the interweb gods help me. :)

This is NOT a cracked version. You still have to have a Windows activation key.

Download and install the .iso onto a blank dvd. The .iso that matches your key.

It is not copy and paste but rather the computer needs to build the image.

Insert the new dvd into the computer and tell the bios boot order is cd first, or boot from cd.

Just do a fresh installation.
