Windows 7 Event Viewer help

I commonly receive Warning Events 100,200,500, and Error Event 100 in the event viewer under Microsoft/Windows/Diagnostics-Performance/Operational

So is this normal or is there something wrong?

Where are all the Windows gurus?

It seems that you are having slow performance during shutdown and startup. One of the other Events said that your video memory is being over utilized. What are the specifications of your hard drive and graphics card? Perhaps complete computer specs might help as well. Do you keep your Windows OS relatively clean and updated and keep up on general maintenance? When you boot into Windows how many programs start automatically?

You can check and enable/disable startup items with CCleaner, you can also use that to clean out your OS of a lot of junk files and registry of irrelevant keys.

Here are my specs

Corsair Carbide Series 300R Case

Thermaltake Smart M750W

Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

AMD FX 8350 4.0GHz

Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8) DDR3 1600MHz

500GB Western Digital Caviar HDD

MSI R7870 Twin Frozr III OC Edition, GHz Edition, 2GB GDDR5

Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Sound Card

This PC was built back on the 7th of this month (February) and I did a clean install of WIndows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I run CCleaner all the time and I use the Defrag and Fully Optimize option in Smart Defrag 2 at least once a month.
