Late to the thread, but I’ve also had system resets with Win 11 and a 13600K, the cause of which have been a pig to track down - see thread Before I Condemn my i5-13600K
The system is stable under heavy load but usually fails when idle. I’ve nearly fixed this by using the Intel XTU to Automatically Overclock the CPU and also have the odd background task running. I’m zeroing in on the optimal CPU settings for stable running, but benchmarks and stress tests have been unsuccessful in identifying the problem. A quick Intel XTU OC might be worth a try before RMA’ing things.
