There appears to be many people running into DHCP failure or some kind of quirk in the TCP/IP stack after a recent Windows 10 update. Rebooting hasn't worked for many users. If you run into this, specifically rewnewing your your IP with ipconfig /renew seems to fix it. (I work closely with an ISP and they've been inundated with calls to this effect however I didn't see anything posted officially on any major news sites.)
