Windows 10 search box to big

Hi everyone

I have a issue that is not really relevant but nevertheless it stresses me more than it should.

SO… Windows just killed itself on my Surfacebook 2 and reinstalling a OS is a pain in the a… on a Surfacebook (Never again am I buying from MS. uEFI BIOS sucks)

Now finaly I have reinstalled everything and all seems to work.

But the search is the problem. If I press the windows key and write something it surches all right but the box is huge and if it findes something there is a 2. part of the box describing the found Item. I don’t need this damn box. Can I change the size somewhere in the Settings? I have looked everywhere but can’t find it.

I hope you understand my needs :wink:

usually its a display resolution setting that you change.
uefi bios can be set to legacy mode if you are changing to a non ms OS but that also depends on the hardware.
I havent had any surface books to work on yet!
once resolution is set to reduce the display size you can change font sizes if it poses too much difficulty to read.
