Windows 10 mouse right click problems

So I just upgraded to win10 from win7 and I am having trouble with my mouse. Whenever I right click anything on my desktop or inside the file explorer, nothing happens- as if the right click on my mouse is not working. However, right clicking on the tasksbar or anywhere inside of a non-microsoft application still works. The right button on my mouse is definitely working, there just seems to be a problem with windows. Searching around the web it looks like a lot of people are having trouble with right click context menus taking a long to come up, but nothing ever comes up for me.

First I downloaded all the latest win10 updates and installed them, but that didn't solve the problem.

I have an older Razer Death Adder, so I tried installing the Razer Synapse2 software but that didn't alleviate the problem.

Also of note is that when I first installed windows 10, the right click was working as it should, and windows context menus were working properly. Somewhere between update induced reboots, the right click stopped working.

Has anyone had similar problems? Any suggestions?

Hmmm that is rather odd, could try running the command: sfc /scannow in cmd.

Figured it out. Like an idiot I was messing with Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4 and I had accidentally disabled context menus >_<

Protip: don't disable a bunch of windows features without reading what they do first.
