Windows 10 1809 broke nvme raid array?

My AMD Crosshair Vii raid array failed after the update, and now I can’t create a new one. Drivers aren’t being accepted.

What should I do? Just go computerless until I can get updated drivers?

often updates can kill a system due to the fact that while they are trying to keep up with new hardware. sometimes keeping legacy drivers can make the update oversized with whats considered redundant by the author.
keeping snapshots of your system files and driver cab files can be a life saver.
windows itself is not exactly hardware friendly but its ability to use drivers designed for the hardware does make it use-able!
typical apple hardware while proprietary was designed to be true plug and play. and worked out of the box, Its downside was the cost!
Once you get a system set up the way you want create a system back up, or better yet clone the os drive ( should an update crash the drive you can swap the os drive out and be up and running in a short time

That is a new one… killing raids. They stepped hard over that cardinal line… :frowning:
