Window 8.1 stuck in a loop

HElp!

I disabled the 3rd party services with in MSCONFIG on window 8.1 and now it does not boot at all...  It will crash and reboot to the auto diagnostic crap.  It goes further to run a check disc to repair disk errors.

I can not get a safe boot prompt either with attempting to use the SHIFT F8 on boot up.

I am at a loss as what to do.

I do have windows installed on a 120 GB SSD and most program files on 1 TB HD.

Any help is appreciated!

well the F8 option is only avalable for a fraction of a second so you really have to mash it if you want that
