Win7 install help

I am getting this messege when I try installing Win7 to my Vertex 3 120GB. This drive was just being used in another pc so I know its good.

"The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFi systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disk"

 

First, how did this happen?

How do I fix this?

why not format it to a GPT disk?

How do I do that? ive never had to do that

during the install select advance setup or something and reformat the drive

I reformatted and the same thing
