Hi, so I got a new HP Spectre laptop and am trying to do a clean install of win 10 from an usb stick.
The install goes fine...I delete all the old partitions and "install" windows...after all the checkmarks in the list are set (copying win files, installing features, etc) the laptop restarts and the install is back to the beginning where I select the language and input.
Any idea how to fix this?
