Will this work?

Hi I have been thinking of a few ideas for a pc as I need to get a new one, as upgrading my old one is not viable ( I was stupid and bought a pre built dell computer) so I have being thinking of making a gaming/editing computer which would be able to last a long time, meaning that it would have a high initial cost.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor £168.94

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler £26.65

Motherboard: MSI Z77MA-G45 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard £75.32

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory Already have this as an upgrade done a month back but soon reached the conclusion more than just RAM was needed.

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive £71.00

Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk £80.20

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card (2-Way SLI) £287.99 Both GPU's are FTW edition as it was a few pounds more

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card (2-Way SLI) £287.99

Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case £89.29

Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 850W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply £93.98

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) £68.05

Other: Corsair CO-9050008-WW Air Series SP120 Performance Edition 120mm High Pressure Fan Dual Pack £17.33

Other: Corsair CO-9050008-WW Air Series SP120 Performance Edition 120mm High Pressure Fan Dual Pack £17.33

Optical drive: What ever optical drive is in the other computer will be stolen for this computer.

Total: £1284.07

I would just like to know if this computer would be able function, if it can't then whats the issues, as far as I can see there are no real issues. Thanks in advance.

Looks good to me.

be sure to use the Static pressure fans for the right purpose.

Looks like a sweet build to me. Good luck!

With everything you have listed here you should have no problems doing just about anything your computing heart desires.

The only change I would make is getting a more robust motherboard. That one is pretty weak for the components you plan on using.

Alright thanks for the help, I was questioning the motherboard the other motherboard I was looking at was the Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX  LGA1155 Motherboard its fifteen more pounds but I'm just unsure if it was worth it or not.

I would say it is worth it. If you SLI that MSI board and ever wanted to add a wireless card, sound card, raid card... or really anything PCI based you cant. Just more room for future things you may want or need.

I do agree go up a bit on the mobo, and that ASUS will be well worth it... im not biased, just an advocate for asus mobos lol. and thats still great ram too ;)... remember corsair started off with memory... and they're STILL one of the top three mnfctrs... but, yea i like that build too... im gonna keep these parts in mind for a client... and oh yea btw 2 evga ftw 670s in SLI... oh man, you're gonna be in heaven. post some pics in the rig build section when you finish it, we all love hardware pRon
