Probably. On lowest settings. ARMA is really poorly optimized and favors single core performance and Intel CPUs and needs a strong GPU as well.
The 5700 is okay but pretty weak in both regards. You'll be able to run it but it won't be an awesome experience
Yes, it'll technically run. It probably won't be a very pleasant experience.
What resolution monitor do you have...1080p will be low setting. Lower resolution like 720p may be a little better.
