Will this bottleneck?

So I am setting up a new PC and am getting a HD 7970. I have a budget so for a processor I am going for a AMD FX-8320 instead of the FX-8350.

In the future I will be wanting to get a second hd 7970 so my question is will the FX 8320 bottleneck 2x HD 7970 or will I have to get the FX 8350.

As I said I am on a budget so I will only get the FX 8350 if ABSOLUTELY neccasary.

Not at all! You're fine. Consider going for a 7950 to save money, though; the performance difference is minimal.
