Will these two sets of ram worth together

Hello, so i'm almost 100% sure this will work, but i'm just thrown off by one thing. I currently have 2x4gb sticks of Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3, and i want to buy another set, although the set i'm buying it off is the exact same, it says duel channel on it. Is that simply saying that you are gettign 2 sticks for duel channel, or that these sticks can only work in duel channel, and not quad channel. Probably a very silly question, but i want to be sure is all. Thank you in advance!

Yes you are right, it's says its a duel channel kit because there are only 2 stick of ram. It will work just fine.

Alright, Thank you! Unfortunately all my local stores are out of pro vengeance, so i have to get a set shipped :/

Yeah should be no problem.
As long as timings, speeds and voltages are the same,
you will be totaly fine.

Timings and speeds do not need to be the same for different RAM to work together.

I does not have to be "persee".
But you will avoid potential headaches if you buy ram with the same timings, speeds and voltages.

On the X99 platform for example, i would highly recommend to not miss match ram with diffrent speed, timings, and voltages.
Because you might endup with all sorts of headaches.

Of course you want everything to be the same I definitely agree with that 100%

For dual channel, you want them to be the same. If they are just running single channel, you can stick whatever you want in there.

You will be fine. Both kits will run their own dual channel streams.
