Will my anti- malware (malwarebytes) and my anti virus (kaspersky) conflict?
Not as long as you only use the scanner part of Malwarebytes. The always on part of the Pro version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware could conflict at some point, even if they aim to make keep it compatible with others. After all they can't control what the other companies change in their products.
But why did this get posted in open source? D:
