Will the LarKooler KU3-241 Extreme Fit in my CM HAF 912 Plus?

will this Liquid cooling fit into my Cooler master HAF 912 plus case? or do I have to mount it on the outside?

This will be my first modification to my PC and I have never mounted anything like this before, so tips is greatly appreciated!

It looks like you should be able to mount the radiator at the top of the case, so as long as you can find a place to put the pump and reservoir it should work fine.

Sweet, I have lots of space in the front of the case, could place them there.

and also, when I mount the heatsink, do I  have to take out everything too mount the backplate or could I maybe cut a hole in the back of that plate behind the motherboard?

To my knowledge the HAF 912 already has a decent size cutout in the motherboard tray.

I don't know if you've gone and spent your money already, but you have to be careful. Mounting the radiator and fans in the top will foul your motherboard, and depending on it's layout, you're gonna get introuble with RAM, mosfet heatsinks and whatnot.

Mounting it in the front is definitely an option, but you will have to do some modding, because you'll probably get in trouble with the 5.25" bays. See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=f5nHV8YrDv8#t=900s

Good luck and happy modding ^^

Found out its actually possible to mount it externaly on the top.
