Will my PSU handle this upgrade?

So i have a FEEL III 500 ATX psu and i want to ask, would it handle my upgraded pc? Here are the specs: AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black edition, Gigabyte motherboard, ASUS Geforce 250GTS Black knight edition, 2 Hdd, 8gb RAM.

Lexan can you please link me to the Feel III 500? I can not seem to find any such power supply or any specs for it, Thank you for the response.

hey just put in a seasonic 550 g series semi-modular ($89) in a friends build similar to yours... 5yr warranty and we all know seasonic psu's are great
