Will My CPU Support my RAM? (Stupid Question)

I am a noob to building PC's. This is my first build so please be nice. lol I am building a high end PC the specs are:

Bitfenix Colossus Venom Edition case.

Asus ROG Maximus V Extreme

Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM

intel i7 2600k

750w PSU (Not sure what I am going with yet, maybe a FATAL1TY. I want it to be modular)

128GB HYPERX SSD

Windows 7 of course.

Asus Blu Ray Burner

 

NOW Question is, will my CPU Support 4 sticks of DDR3 memory running at 1866 MHZ? I know the board will. I am sketchy about this because I am ordering all parts soon and I want it to be done without any returns. Also any advice on a CPU cooler? I am thinking a H100i but i am unsure... It needs to be red or black or both lol. My build is going to be color cordinated I am picky.

Nothing wrong with H100i, nothing wrong with that ram.  

PSU... a black or red one?

Seasonic has black modular PSU.  

Silverstone has black modular PSU, I'd recommend the Strider Gold Evolution 750w (ST75F-G Evolution)

Corsair PSU won't match your colour scheme, nor will a grey XFX.

I'd look into some Bitfenix Alchemy cables to further color coordinate!

why not get the 3770k, it's the latest ivyt, and not much more than the 2600k
