http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/p/yjuy the computer case is going to be a coolermaster scout 2 instead but i need a build for around $750
I'd say go for the Western Digial Caviar Blue HDD. Those Seagates are cheap, but their durability is an issue. They've had a lot of issues with failures, especially from the Barracuda drives. I believe the Caviar Blue with the exact same specs is around the same price though.
other than that is it good
Id say upgrade to a MSI 660 Ti, the triple overvoltage is really nice for OC'ing and im quite sure it runs a few degress cooler than the gigabyte version.
i know just the price is to much
Im running a Segate as storage and my old drives were, theyre a solid Brand, they only has problems with the 7200.12 really, and evantually even that was sorted out.
