Okey so what i want to ask is if any of these parts will have some compatibility issues  of some kind ... and if i can change something to make my build better, at this price point ...

PS: This Build will be mainly for gamming and some digital work with photoshop, sketchbook pro and mangastudios.

you should be fine. You would even be fine with a smaller power supply if you wanted.

Yes, that will work just fine.

As stated, if you only plan on using one GPU, a high quality 550-600w power supply will be plenty.
