KVM Model:
Samsung G8
Problem:
Before I look at buying another KVM, I want to make sure that my problem isnt an Apple issue first. If I have my MacbookPro M2Pro connected to my Samsung G8 Ultrawide via the USBC-PD port everything works fine…until I change the input on the Samsung to HDMI for my work laptop for the day and the MacbookPro after a while will kernel panic with the following error
“Sleep transition timed out after 35 seconds while calling power state change callbacks”
I have disabled passthrough USB, turned off every sleep parameter i could find in MacOS and it still happens. If I get a L1T KVM is this problem going to follow me?
