Will a Dell Poweredge R720 stock cpu cooler/heatsync fit a Poweredge R730

Does anyone know if a Dell poweredge R720 stock cpu cooler/heatsync will fit a Dell poweredge R730?

AFAIK and this is completly based on looks, if i remember correctly the R720 even tho its a 2011 socket the mounting screws are diferent than the R730(2011v3).

I remember that the R730 has 4 screws and the 720 only has 2

a quick google search and yes this is true, but maybe you can just mount it to the Socket itself?
