Will a Core2Quad do the job with GTX560? help plz:)

Hello guys, this is my first post in here :-)
so i bought this ASUS GTX 560 non ti vga

my current specs are :

Core 2 due e6550 2.33ghz

 Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4GB 1333MHz DDR3

 EVO 212 cooler

and the Asus gtx 560 non ti

im totally unhappy with the performance im getting in games BF3,MW3,CS:GO...etc

obviously its the cpu bottlenecking the vga. so i was wondering , can the Core2Quad q8300 or q8400 catch up with the VGA ?
and if you have something else to recommend i'd really appreciate it . Thanks :-)

Most likly even with either of those quads they will bottle neck you gpu, cause i had a Core2Quad q9450 4gb of ddr2 1066mhz and i was running a GTX 460 SE,andwhen i had upgraded my cpu(8150),MOBO(sabertooth 990fx),ram(8gb of ddr3 1600mhz),and my fps doubled on some games like Dirt 3.

i've been reading alot of comments saying that the gpu will work at its best with a quad core cpu "i5 2500K" but some of them said if you cant afford a new mobo+cpu
you should get the core2quad since its 775LGA / Quad core / and can be overclocked to 3.2+
and the kind of bottlenecking im having with this core2due 2.3ghz is just awful .. in CS:GO im getting like 40 fps out of 300 on low settings (same exact performance is the old crappy Geforce 210)
but you're q9450 is pretty good if it still bottlenecks your gpu then i totally need to upgrade the mobo/cpu. ... its gonna take a while -_-'

what is your budget for an upgrade? Cause i can try and see if i can come up with a good upgrade for the money.

around 200$

Ok i came up with a few options.

thanks guys, that was helpful .. one more thing
isnt my current ram okay ? or it needs an upgrade to?
 Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4GB 1333MHz DDR3.

it's not bad,but i would suggest pick more of it so you have 8gb instead of 4gb.

would do that,

see if you can run both your ram and the ram I picked at 1600 9-9-9 I'd run them at 1.65-1.70v or run them both at 1333 at 8-8-8

so you would have 8GB dual channel 1600
