I've just been thinking about this : What hardware does not have any of that IME crap (or AMD's equivalent)? Modern server boards probably have it too, but perhaps older server or consumer hardware that's still good enough for regular use? Socket 775 stuff perhaps?
A Q6600 or similar quadcore of that era should still be enough for modern non-gaming use and I can still keep the Haswell machine as a pure gaming rig that has no personal data whatsoever.
