Wifi

I have an MSI Mpower Z77 motherboard and it comes with onboard wifi so I installed windows and went to connect to the internet and it doesn't even detect a wifi adapter

I just looked up the specs for the board, it says it supports wifi but doesnt show it being included

EDIT: I could be wrong but I just didnt see it, also there are no wifi drivers for the board

Yeah, I had a look. I think you've been misled. It says supports wifi, but doesn't say it's included. Depending on the speed of internet you want, you could spend between $20 and $60 on an adapter. You can get USB ones or ones that go in your PCI slots.

Just based on what I've seen.

Like Faeros said, you could get the usb ones or the pci slot one. The pci slot adapters seem to be alot faster in my oppinion.

I have the Netgear WNA3100 Wireless USB adapter it works really well for gaming and general usage, it is also 802.11 n so gives you good connection.

It is £29.99 in the UK so possibly $35.99.
