i had a few wireless adapters and even a hp desktop which has a pci wifi adapter and they all go kaput after a short period of time of use and they stay kaput and i mean like under a day! WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN!?!!?
ps. the wifi adaptor in the hp was hooked up to a tv to stream youtube vids for a while which only lasted a few hours.
are they direct from china and don't get the cheapest stuff on amazon get a good brand that has good reviews from good site like here linus tek tips, newegg, tigerdirect, best buy, youtube reviewers.
Define kaput (I know it means broken, but please specify). It sounds to me like the problem is with your router somehow. Are you sure the kaput wifi adapters wont work on other wifi networks?
