Logan explained in one of the videos that all the light coming in caused massive amount of glares on his monitors giving him head aches and being unable to work. The only time it was tolerable to work there was when the sun was going down or was down.
If I'm not mistaken the owner of the property in the woods returned and wished to live there again. The TekSyn crew had to leave as a result.
Now they live beside trains.
