Why is there no Rant:30 Section?

I will preface that I did look for a question regarding this, but I found none.

With that said, why not add a Rant:30 Section for us to rant in? I have many a rant and would like to share my rants with the members. Also, I would like to take part in rants of the members.

Basically, I need a place to rant.

I guess a blog could be considered good for a rant.

If there was an official thread though it may turn in to 4Chan.
