Why dont i get better frames?

just got a https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-098-GI and im not getting any better frames im still strugling to get around 30 with simple games like dayz and around 40 in crysis 3.

if you could tell me why that would be great and what do i have to do to get better frames?

if you need to know any of my other specs just ask.

Have you placed it in the pci-e x16 slot?

That might be the problem then :)

None can get good frames in dayz the games a beta and very unoptimised 

It all so helps if have your  gpu in the fastest pci-e  slot :D
