I go out of my way to avoid cameras (picture and film) at family and social things and it is for the simple reason that I do not like the way that I look, maybe Wendell is the same.
This is pure projection though, I am sure that Wendell has a much better reason for doing it than why I do it.
People kept asking to see his face. So he went with it as a running joke.
I don't really know the reason but, I think its because of all the GabeN jokes. His voice resembles GabeN a lot and some people say he even looks like him. When I first showed my cousin he asked me if that was GabeN. I luaghed and then searched for a picture of his face to dispell the myth.
You shouldn't feel that way about yourself man. As long as you have good hygiene other people don't care about how you look, especially most women. Not to say that you care about what other people think, but just be comfortable with yourself.
