I am experiencing a weird issue on my Windows 10 computer that I can’t solve it anymore. I am a data analyst, so for that reason, I stay connected with my PC every time. But sometimes I take a break and then whenever I start working on my computer it shows a black screen after sleep mode.
I have no idea what could be the issue. Could someone please help me to solve it? It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me. Thanks in advance.
Going to need more information about your setup. The more information the better.
My first instinct is telling me that you will need a UEFI update, old versions can have sleep problems.
Windows itself handles sleep mode poorly as well.
@DonDagostino Putting your system specs down will help us. Please make sure drivers/firmware, UEFI/BIOS, and Windows are updated.
Also is this system that is managed by a sys admin(Via active direcotry)? I’ve seen this issue at my work where weird GPO conflicts would occur with bios settings or drivers.
