No vision is analogue you can make it lower by doing weed.

The biggest plus for CRT's is that they have little to no input lag. This is why you will see people testing the input lag of LCD moinitors by comparing its value with the value on a CRT (which should be near perfect)

Recent searches said, that new generation can see 25fps.
I think some say that in a few generations will be seeing at 10-15 fps, they don't know for sure though.
Is it for one eye or both? And does colorblind person see less framerate or are their cords broken?
They don't know if it is for each eye, or something like 7.5 fps in each eye yet, but for the color blind people it is because they are missing a piece of copper from the cable. They might also think it is because they are born with VGA, instead of HDMI or display port.

I have an LCD display you can use as a thrown object. Buy NEC.
I CANNOT PROVE THIS.... but I think they literally pour lead into the bases.
