Which would you recommend

ASUS GTX 780 or EVGA GTX 780

Unless it is the DCUII 780, they are equal. I love Precision X, but Asus also has GPU Tweak. Otherwise, they are the same.

IF you have an ASUS motherboard go with the ASUS card, if not go for EVGA. There are special strings for more accurate temperature reads and such built in ASUS mobo to work with ASUS graphics cards.
