Personally I'd go with the XFX. It's a good brand for AMD and it's a sexy card.

I think the Gigabyte runs a bit cooler maybe?
I'm partial to the Sapphire myself and it's on sale for $200 right now, $185 after rebate.

Since the R9 380 is not anything special, you'd be hard pressed to find a bad product from any vendor.
That said, XFX may be not a part of the "big three" (Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI) who have the privilege of putting out both AMD and Nvidia products but they make good products. Their coolers usually rate towards the top of the list, although some models have been a touch more on the noisy side - sometimes the default fan curve is set rather aggressively.
Buy the cheapest version and oc it :D
