So ive had this dell keyboard (The ones that come with the older dell computers) and i really like it and have never really wanted to switch...well my w key is messing up and I want to get a mechanical keyboard but im not shure which color to get i think i want brown but i dont want to buy a keyboard and not like it anyone wanna help?

depends on what you want, tactile loud/ tactile quiet/ linear quiet and stiff/light
dell makes a number of keyboard designs ranging from shit to great, pop off a key cap and look at what's under it, is it just a piece of rubber (crap) or does it look like this
if they look like that those are damn fine keyboards, and *in my opinion* are similar to blues

Try to get your hands on a mechanical keyboard. If available, take 'em for a test drive at your local computer shop. It's really difficult to know what switch type you prefer without first getting your hands on them. I can't really recommend you a keyboard because I'm not you. I don't know what you like. Keyboards (as well as most peripherals) are personal preference.
