These are going for quite a deal with rebates and I need to pick one before the deal expires for my new rig. What do you guys think? The Powercolor comes with PCI-E 2.1 whereas the others come with 3.0. Is that signficant?

if you have to choose between those 3 cards, then deffanetly the Powercolor 7870 Tahiti LE (7870XT) the best of the 3. the reason is the Tahiti LE 7870 has more stream processors, its basicly a downsized 7950. it has 1536 stream processors instead of 1280 on normal 7870 cards. The XFX single fan core edition is a crap card, it has overheating problems on full load, and the gigabyte looks maybe inpressive with those 3 fans, but its still a simple normal 7870.
So Deffanetly the PowerColor 7870 Tahiti LE.
Grtz Angel ☺
