So am buying a new gpu for my soon to be gaming pc and am between the

Sapphire GigaByte r9 270x 4gb:

well in my opinnion a 4GB 270X is totaly pointless, because a 270X is not powerfull enough to utilize that amount of Vram anyway.

So i would say look at the 2GB versions of both cards, and pickup which ever is the cheapest. the Toxic is mostly the fastest stock clocked one, at 1100mhz, but the gigabyte windforce also has a 1100mhz boost clock. 1050 stock.

If you are going to be playing at higher resolutions (1440P+) and going to crossfire the Gigabyte 4GB cards then go with those, if you want a single GPU might as well go for the Toxic Edition 270X. I can speak for the Gigabyte 270X my buddy has it and maxes out games with really good frame rates at 1080P. If you want to save a bit of money just go for the Gigabyte 270X 2GB Model if it is available.

I prefer gigabyte. Already have one,going to add a second one. It's awesome.

I can personally recommend the Toxic Edition. I have it paired with an FX-4350 and I get over 60FPS on games like Bioshock Infinite and Black Ops 2 on max settings, also I dunno what FPS I got on the Titanfall beta on max settings but it ran very smoothly and gave a great gaming experience
