MY options are i7 3770k and i7 3930k
75% of time i play game and the other 25% i do 3d animation and stuff like that

AMD FX 8320/8350 performs like i5 3570k/i7 3770k, for games go with FX 8350... Since you are going to game alot as you wrote.
I don't really know about 3D animations and does more core's and ghz's means faster processing and that, if it does then yes.. go with 8320/8350...
i5 3570K has higher IPC, and will be better for gaming, if you plan to stream content, and do more media creation, then FX 8350 is better only in that case.
Anyway, both i7's stomp the i5 and 8350 for your needs, and the question asked would be the 3930k for the win.
Id get the 3930k just due to the fact that IB-E is coming and it will be a long time before that processor cant handle what you want it to, but by the end of this year were more than likely to see GFX cards that are a lot more powerful than what we have now.
If you can afford it, it is really hard to pass up a 3930k. It is an amazingly impressive processor, even now.
